The Radiology Department provides safe, reliable digital X-ray services supporting diagnosis across all clinical departments — surgery, orthopaedics, internal medicine, and gynaecology.
Our digital radiography delivers high-resolution images at lower radiation doses than conventional systems. All procedures are carried out by trained technicians under qualified radiologist supervision, with reports issued the same day.
Every X-ray at Ishan is reviewed by a qualified radiologist before the report is issued, not the technician alone.

Doctor's referral slip
Required for all scans — specifying the type and clinical indication.
Previous imaging (if any)
Bring prior X-rays of the same area for comparison.
Insurance
For cashless coverage. All major insurers accepted.
Metal-free clothing
Remove jewellery, belts, and metallic accessories before arriving.

If pregnant or possibly pregnant, inform your doctor before booking. Imaging can often be safely deferred or an alternative recommended.
